The surface which is to be grouted should be cleaned to remove all traces of oil and grease.

Before commencing grout, ensure that the adhesive is set. Clean the joints free of all adhesive.

First of all, mix Part A and Part B in a suitable clean container and mix properly. It is recommended to use slow speed mixing to get a good consistency and then slowly add the required amount of Part C (color filler) and mix until a uniform color achieve and then immediately pour the mix grout into the working area.

Application

Apply MAGNOPOXY to a few tiles in small trial area

  • Use a hard rubber grout float, compact the MAGNOPOXY into the joints ensure that they are completely filled. Work in small areas and remove excess Grout from the tile surface as much as possible. Strike off excess materials diagonally to the grout lines.
  • Within 20 minute of mixing, clean off surplus grout. Use a scrubber dampened with clean water to break down (emulsify) the grout residue. Use a circular motion and keep the scrubber flat relative to the tile surface to achieve a flush joint. Do not allow water to flow/run into ungrouted joints.
  • Clean off the emulsified epoxy /water residue with a fine sponge, taking care not to drag grouts from the joints. Clean diagonally to the grout lines.
  • Do not allow the haze to remain on the surface for any longer than 45 minutes
