MAGNUS BLOCK ADHESIVE

Magnus block adhesive an offering from Magnus group, is a ready to mix, self curing cement based mortar. It is used for laying AAC blocks, fly ash bricks, concrete blocks, absorbent brick etc. It is made of cement, graded sand and polymeric additives. This helps in providing higher bonding as well as excellent adhesion between the blocks

10/10 Advantage of MAGNUS Block Adhesive

  • Gradually mix 3 parts of Magnus block adhesive powder to 1 part of water by volume.
  • Allow the paste to stand for 3-4 minutes after mixing (Smooth workable paste)
  • Pre-wet the block, once surface is moist, spread the adhesive onto the surface of the block with help of notched trowel in the thickness of 2-3 mm. or as needed.
  • Apply adhesive uniformly on the surface
  • After the first unit has been placed, apply the adhesive on both sides of the surface with uniform thickness.
  • Firmly press the block into Magnus block adhesive to ensure a good initial bonding.
  • Clean the excess material, if any immediately.
